Composed in 2002 From the Abdomen is an electronic experiment with textures of human sounds. All four movements are stereo tracks consisting of mono recordings. The recorded sounds are made entirely with tongue clicks and similar speech sounds. Recorded speech sessions on one track were edited by taking out silences and adding a second layer on the other track, hence producing the high-strung sequences.
